Administration Staff
Our team of teachers is headed up by Jenny Finlay who has had many years of experience teaching young children in Community Kindergartens. 2025 is Jenny’s 29th year as Director of Borilla Kindergarten.
Jenny is very passionate about Early Childhood and Inclusion. Jenny chairs the Central Highlands ASD Group monthly meetings.
Borilla Kindy is fortunate to have a Speech Pathologist (First Class Honors) and is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Australia Member, who participates in the Professional Self-Regulation Program. Carmen has worked for Education Qld and has experience providing Speech Pathology within the context of early childhood education. Carmen is dedicated to providing a high quality service and has a passion for early intervention and improving outcomes for children as they transition into their formal schooling.
